I am unable to download apps on my iPhone 14 Plus
I can't download any more apps to my phone every time I try its start but do not download

Hello there! Every time I try to download an app onto my iPhone 13, whether it’s a new app for me or one from the cloud it says I have to sign in to download. I sign in as requested but it just goes in circles from here making me sign in over and over, so frustrating!
Please advise, thanks in advance!
