Compressor/FC issue - Compressor will not work - image file overlay

This is a screenshot of a project in FC. The gfx is a png file output from Photoshop - like about a bazillion others I have used:

When I render out/send the file out of FC to Compressor, the timeline will only render if I remove this show gfx. Like I said - I use Photoshop files (as pngs, etc) all the time without issue.

If anyone has specific experience with Compressor and FC and has seen this issue before, please let me know what I can o to resolve. Show airs Thursday, social media was due tomorrow.
