Appletv app unable to log into my lg tv
I attempt to log in to Apple tv but won't connect after going through the steps indicating successful tv refreshes bit goes back to qr code.

Have you used this Apple ID account elsewhere successfully? E.g. on iPhone/iPad/Mac?
For new Apple ID accounts, verify that the email has been verified (respond to test message), and that a valid payment method has been linked to it.

If you tried the QR code method ①, then try signing in with remote ③ (‘manually’) instead, not using the QR code, but typing in the Apple ID account email and password.
If the issue persists after that, then the network connection may have failed to contact the remote servers.
