Recently Played in Apple Music not updating
I am having trouble with my Apple Music. My “recently played” option on my Apple Music app is not updating and hasn’t been for months now. I have my listening history on through my settings, and have updated my phone to the latest update. The recently played option is still not updating on my phone. Although, when playing music on my computer the “recently played” option updates perfectly. It is only on my IPhone that I am having issues.
I have tried:
-unsyncing and resyncing my music
-my listening history is turned on
-logging out and into my AppStore
-updating my phone to latest version
-multiple hard resets on my phone
-deleting and redownloading the app
I have spoken on the phone with Apple support multiple times now over the past two months and sent multiple screen recordings to Apple support and their technicians.
I have now spoken with 5 different senior advisors but cant seem to get a straight forward answer. This has been a very frustrating process for what seems like an easy problem. I have been very disappointed in Apple support.
This issue has been going on for two months now and I would like it fixed
