Apple Watch Battery Drain

My watch suddenly started draining very quickly this afternoon. I don't know if it is related to the new software update on my iPhone 17.4.1. I have restarted the watch and also un-paired and re-paired it. Still dropping very quickly. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

After reading the other forums, I let the update "run" all night but it stayed stuck while processing around 60% so the only solution I found was to delete the OS 10.4 download from Storage in the Watch App and turned off the Automatic Updates toggle on the Software Update page.

My battery is back to normal and no longer draining.
