Screen Time limitation not working for Roblox Immune on iPhone

Screen time works for all other games and apps except Roblox. It is the only app that will not respond to any limits. My kids have an iPhone 11 and an iPhone 7 and neither will block Roblox at the scheduled time despite all other apps being blocked. It’s the only app left not greyed out. Ive ensured Roblox is not listed as one of the “always available apps”. I’ve reinstalled it multiple times. I’ve turned off screen time, restarted the phones, and then turned screen time back on. Nothing works. Something must be programmed into this app to allow it to continue functioning even during screen time limits.
