I recently got a beats pill plus and I had wanted to download the app, so I can use the features. When I go to connect it I have it connected to bluetooth like it says, I hit the get started button and after about 2 seconds the app crashes. I have tried resetting the speaker and uninstalling the app and trying on other devices. Anyone else have this issue and if you got it to work what was your fix?

Ditto - been happening consistently (crashing) for about a week. I have tried shutting down iPhone, I am on latest iOS, I toggled Bluetooth - the App has a bug and it has not been updated in 5 years per App Store history. What say you Apple ? This is your App - pls fix it.

Yeah come on apple we all need this app to be functional............
Try deleting the app and reinstalling. After a day of opening the app, only for it to crash.. I pulled tried it on my wife’s phone, who has never downloaded the app.. It opens now. She is on the latest software.

I haven't updated my iPhone software for ages......so should still work.....?
