Beats earbuds APP crashes repeatedly (android)

The beats app crashes every time. Can't change the button functions, I get notifications to update firmware but I can't ... Have reinstalled app many times. What can be done?

Beats pill plus app crashing when attempting to pair new speaker I recently got a beats pill plus and I had wanted to download the app, so I can use the features. When I go to connect it I have it connected to bluetooth like it says, I hit the get started button and after about 2 seconds the app crashes. I have tried resetting the speaker and uninstalling the app and trying on other devices. Anyone else have this issue and if you got it to work what was your fix?

Beats fit pro update stuck on "pending" Android,. Beats fit pro update stuck on "pending" in the app. Tried reinstalling app, resetting the Beats. Nothing helps.
