Unable to send text messages to non-iPhone users. Pictures still send. Calls still work.

SMS/MS is Verizon feature not Apples, you'll need to escalate with their technical team.

I was having issues with message to non Apple phone April 9 forward, I have T-mobile and it was happening with multiple phones on my account. I called and they had me reset my Network Passwords, it didn't work the first time but it worked after a couple times. But I did needed to call customer support for each line, seems to be a pretty far reaching item. Not sure why more people have not complained. No idea what happened
