New Iwatch 9 going crazy

My Iwatch series 9 this morning has started going crazy. Screen jumping around, it’s sending messages to numbers without me typing anything, apple keyboard keeps flashing up on my phone, try’s to emergency call on its own.

it’s a new watch only 2 months old. Tried to turn it off but the screens keep flashing around. Is this a bug that is affecting watches ?
