Mac M1 with MainStage, 3rd parties. "Audio unit reports prolem"

I use MS (Rosetta 2 installed). Mac M1, 16GB. I use 3rd parties such as East West, Spitfire, Vienna etc.

The message "An audio unit has reported a problem" telling me to quit or recover. I'm in a theatre orchestra with a live audience and actors on stage - I continue to play in hope I don't crash. When I eventually get to check the plug-in-manager all the units are "successfully validated".

What can I do?

Windows, Windows 10

I am on a Mac Mini M1 and have seen this behaviour. Running under Rosetta did not improve it but did slow down performance so I run native. It seems impossible to repeat as I have yet to find a pattern. It might be worth disabling the plugins that are not used in your latest concert. The fact that you can play through the issue might imply it is an unused plugin that is causing the message?
