Netflix Dolby Vision and iPad Pro

1. I have a Netflix 4K account
2. I am able to stream Dolby Vision from that account to my TCL TV via Nvidia Shield
3. I have Netflix installed on my iPad Pro 11" (4th generation)
4. I have set Video Quality to Higher on the Netflix app on the iPad
5. I have checked that my iPad wifi connection is over 250 Mbps
6. The iPad is new
7. I updated to latest OS today
8. I see the Dolby Vision symbol on Netflix movies and Seasons that support it when browsing Netflix content
9. I do not see the 4K symbol next to the Dolby Vision symbol in the Netflix app on the iPad but it is there when using the same account on the Nvidia Shield + TCL TV
10. I do not see the Dolby Vision symbol when starting to stream a known 4K Dolby Vision show on the iPad with Netflix

I do not think I am getting Dolby Vision and 4K streaming from the Netflix app on the iPad Pro. What are others getting and what is your iPad model?
