How do I turn off Focus on my iPhone 15 Pro Max?

Go to the Control Center. Tap on the little round picture on the Focus button. Don't press and hold, as that will bring up a menu that's more than you need. Just tap.

You may then also want to go to Settings>Focus and delete any schedules or smart activations that you don't need.

Yes, you can. You turn it off by tapping on the picture on the Focus button in the Control Center. It's very easy. If that's too hard for you, you can also use Siri.
