There was a problem loading this content

Watching Apple TV on an Apple TV when, all of a sudden, nothing wants to play and we get this error message: “There’s a problem loading this content.” Internet connection is very fast. Other streaming services on the Apple TV are working fine. Restart, no effect. Unplugging for a while, which seems like a hoax more than a fix, tried that, no help. Ideas?
