While now the Apple Business Manager allows using Apple Wallet on Managed devices, Even after enabling the feature where users can see Apple Wallet there is no option to add a debit or credit card or tickets to your Apple wallet.
Neither the same gets added from the applications supporting Apple Wallet.
I can add the same card and ticket to my personal iPhone running on IOS 17.4.1 but not on Managed corporate device running on 17.4.1

I want to allow my users to be able to use travel etickets on their managed iPhones with managed Apple IDs. I don't have any options to enable wallet in ABM nor can I find any alternative app that supports etickets. Is enabling Apple Wallet not available in the UK?
The limitations of managed Apple IDs have become such a frustration since we started migrating from Android and "personal" accounts and I can see this feeling is a lot more common than anticipated. Can anyone recommend an alternative app to Apple Wallet for travel etickets?

After having the same issue, I found an documentation by Apple of the possiblitys of Apple Wallet for managed AppleIDs: Service access with Managed Apple IDs - Apple Support
Based on this it's only possible to add employee badges or student IDs.

We're also having issues with Wallet and our Managed Apple IDs. We would like our staff to be able to add their NFC passes to the wallet. How can we do this?
We have this enabled in apple business manager but people still cant add cards, i wonder if its restricted to passes only?
Transit passes don't work; we're trying to use Managed Apple IDs to pay for our employees' train fares but we can't add the train pass to the wallets.
Yes. It will allow the wallet app to be launched, but it will not permit any card to be added. Not manually by the user, and not through the Apple 'add to wallet' interface.

Same issue, try to connect creditcard and paycards to Wallet via BankApp. No acces. This is not from this time! please upgrade Wallet for ABM
