Trouble Adding an Outlook Shared Calendar to Apple Calendar?

I currently have an Outlook Calendar with work and can get most of it to work with Apple Calendar, but I cannot bring over the Shared Calendar's. They appear with no issues on my iPhone and iPad, but I can not get them to show on my M1 MacBook Pro. I am running the latest version of Sonoma 14.4 on this machine.
