Why is my recent playlists constantly the same 3 play on Apple Music?

Apple recently changed from 1 playlist in recents to showing 3, which was great now the recents seems to be the same 3 playlists

Why does my Apple Music playlist keep disordering? I spent a while organising my playlist on apple music so that everything was in the order i wanted it today i go to add a song and put that in the correct order and suddenly my playlist isnt in the correct order anymore and everythings all over the place i havent changed the organisation of it all i did was try to add one song and everytime i try to fix it the same thing happens [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Same for me. Loved the feature when introduced, but now very annoying that it's not working anymore.
