Random folders show "custom access" permissions. How to fix?

Random folders show "custom access" permissions and won't allow me to change. This is stopping me from "apply to enclosed items". Which means I have to enter password for each enclosed file/image to make any changes or move. These are possibly folders I've copied from my 2016 MBP.

Any ideas on how to fix? The correct Terminal commands would be great.

So have you tried the top level of your Home folder?

Do a Get info on your Home folder, unlock the lock in the Get Info panel. Make sure it says you have Read & Write privileges.

Using the tiny gear icon, use the drop down to "Apply to enclosed items...

Where are these folders located? In your Home folder???

I think so. All folders within Mac HD >Users>MyUserName. And all folder in MyUserName folder and all files within those too....
