Why is "ExitUpsellKeyValueStore" file set up on new MacBook Pro

It said that the ExitUpsellKeyValueStore file was created at 15 of march, while I bought my laptop and set my laptop up in 14 of March. What is this file?

It's an Apple TV file. If you open it with a text editor, you can see the list of free episodes you played. For example, mine had:

<key>contentId:umc.cmc.4luj45vtqpmjsvb6sc2675oeg</key>

Which is Dark Matter - https://tv.apple.com/gb/show/dark-matter/umc.cmc.4luj45vtqpmjsvb6sc2675oeg

Note the Id is the same as the URL.

Also just found this on my Mac. absolutely no idea where it came from. I have a rough idea of what I did when it was created but am very confused by the fact that it was in my Documents folder instead of Downloads. I could see accidentally downloading something with a wrong click but that wouldn't end in Documents. Anyway checked my Computer and it doesn't seem like there is anything else.

Just curious if maybe more People come across this now.
