Have an important Numbers file I need to access via my iPhone or iPad. However, for the past few days when trying to open I get this error message on both devices I cannot open it from iCloud.com either and it’s stored there this is a very frequently used file HELP please ! I really need to open this file what can I do?

It’s in iCloud. And when I log into iCloud it also won’t let me open the file.
I’m on iOS 17.4. My numbers app is version 13.2 (7367.0.77)
So iOS is as up to date as possible. Is there a way to update my numbers app? As far as I can tell I’m running the most updated version of both.
For some time now (through the last few IOS updates) I have been finding various numbers files that I have created... that will no longer open... neither from iCloud nor from my drive. My MacBook Pro is running Ventura 13.6.7 and my numbers app is 14.1. There are a few files I really wish I could get to open again so if you have any thoughts on this please advise.

Check if you have the latest version of the iOS needs a system update. Also make sure the Numbers APP has the latest update.
Is this the first time you are importing this spreadsheet into number?
Can you try uploading the file to iCloud?
Unfortunately the Numbers app is already up to date.
Can you open the file with the APP it was created on?
