Restore iMovie to my iPhone

Hello.

Just go to the App Store and download it again. You an either search for the iMovie app or tap on your picture, then on "Apps," and select the "Not on this iPhone" tab. There you'll find apps that you've previously downloaded but have been deleted from your phone.
