Using Apple Pay with non-Apple major credit card

I have a card that allowed me to verify and add to Apple Pay before I receive it. I can’t find any way to transfer money from this card via Apple Pay to my bank, Apple Cash to send to a friend to shop for me, my debit card, any other payment source nor can I use it at my local store for delivery (I’m disabled). Is there any easier way to use my available credit for purchases and cash through Apple Pay? Thank you.

Apple Cash is the funding method. The terms and conditions for using Apple Cash do not allow withdrawing funds from a credit card. Apple Cash can only be funded via a debit card or directly from a checking or savings account that supports Apple Cash.

Unless you are in severe financial distress and need immediate access to funds, using a credit card for a cash advance is the most expensive way to borrow money (most expensive being payday loans).

Cash advances are charged interest from the moment you transfer (borrow) funds. Take a $1,000 cash advance and at the end of the month, you’ll owe $1,035. At the end of a year you’ll have paid about $435 in interest. Is this really what you want to do?
