After updating to IOS 16.7.6 I have not been able to print from my iphone 8, getting message "printer is busy"

After updating my iphone 8 to IOS 16.7.6 I haven't been able to print to my HP Officejet 8010e printer. I keep getting a message that the printer is busy or can't find printer. Both devices are connected to the same Wi Fi network. I have restarted both devices and the router.
