Does anyone else own a Peloton Bike and use their Apple Watch to track their heart rate? Watch is connecting fine to bike but HR box on Peloton screen is empty. HR displaying fine on watch screen. Was working fine and suddenly stopped working yesterday. Peloton are pointing the finger at Apple at the moment but think it’s defintely an issue with them. Have tried all the usual re-pairing watch, switching bike off, deleting and reinstalling app etc. Many thanks.
EXACT same thing is happening to me. I just upgraded from a Watch 8 to an Ultra 2 last night. I have been restarting, uninstalling and re-installing, checking settings, etc. all morning. I was assuming the hardware change might have messed something up in the settings. Glad to know the issue might be bigger than just me.
Having the same exact issue! I’ve tried restarting, deleted the app and re-downloaded. All of my permissions are correct. It says it’s connected. The heart rate shows up on my watch, but not on the peloton screen. It is driving me nuts! Started yesterday.
I’ve bee pulling my hair out since yesterday!!! Not overly impressed with Peloton as have been told multiple different things but they apparently now believe there is some sort of an issue that has been reported and their engineers are working on a fix seemingly. I’m glad it’s not just me, thought I was losing it!
I got so frustrated with this that I bought the Peloton HR monitor. If you open the app on your watch for your workout, it will record to your Apple Fitness. Suuuper annoying that I had to buy that when I should be able to use my watch.
That is super frustrating. Still not working through my watch despite Peloton posting on their website there was a fix in place. 🤷🏼♀️. Contacted support again earlier and they advised it is still being looked into.
Same situation here...was working a few days ago, now just connecting but no HR shown on Peloton screen.
I have been having the same issue as well, started yesterday! I also was going crazy!!
Having the same problem, use my Apple Watch to monitor my heart rate while riding my Peloton. Worked fine until yesterday. Sounds like even recyncing won’t do anything
