Unable to find files listed on Recent Tab of Fonder in MacBook.

Spotlight is generally a more powerful tool than Recent Documents for finding files on your Mac. Here's why:

• Wider Search Scope: Spotlight builds an index of your entire system, including files within folders, their content, and even metadata. Recent Documents only tracks, well, recent documents opened by specific applications.
• Deeper Search: Need to find a specific line within a document? Spotlight can search the content of many file types, while Recent Documents only surfaces the file itself.
• Advanced Options: Spotlight allows you to use search operators and filter by file type, creation date, and more. Recent Documents offers limited filtering at best.

While Recent Documents offers a quick way to access recently used files, Spotlight is the way to go for in-depth searches across your entire Mac.

@mpulatov0888 are you getting an error when you click on the little cloud button next to documents? Ifso, I'm havin the same issue, I think Finder isn't downloading the files into Finder from iCloud. I'm having to download them onto my phone and blue tooth them over. It started after updating yesterday.
