Apple has made it easier for services to sync with Apple Card, Savings and Cash. The catch is that you need to have an iPhone running iOS 17.4.

Then, it's up to the service to implement it. I'm now syncing with Monarch Money and it's a beautiful thing.

Has anyone heard of any more progress on Apple Card being able to connect to Quicken Simplifi to auto-download transactions? I have stop using Apple Card solely for the reason that I cannot connect to it via Quicken Simplifi where I use this app to budget and manage my finances. I still find it hard to believe that ever other major credit card supports this but Apple does not.

I don’t know why you wouldn’t use the Apple Card unless it has has Quicken connectivity. While I would also like the connectivity I can easily import statements and/or manually enter transactions. I’ve been doing it since day one with the Apple Card. In addition I have two store cards (Dillards and Kohls) that used to connect but were shut down by both companies without notification or reason. They just stopped working one day and the Quicken community forums were alive with outrage. Kohls eventually released a statement that said they had shut down Quicken connectivity but hoped to provide it in the future. Nada from Dillards and it’s been over a year now.

Refusing to use your card or canceling it will not send a message to Apple, you just lose out on the perks and advantages of the Apple Card.

Connectivity to Quicken has been a topic of discussion since the day the Apple Card was introduced in August, 2019. For reasons known only to Apple they have refused to allow this. As has been pointed out the only way to enter transactions is to do it manually or download a QFX file and import it into Quicken. So it’s going on five years now and no response from Apple. I wouldn’t bet any money on it.
