Apple tv+ when l try to load my subscriptions a message comes up saying "subscriptions can't be loaded. Try again later" this has been happening for 2 days?

Same here. Can’t access my subscriptions for the last few days. I’m getting the same error messsge.
Solution I found was to do it from the AppleTV app on my phone.

I think I found a fix. I ended up deleting my default user account from the Apple TV device and then adding it back (in this case, via iPhone). I suppose that forced the Apple TV box to get updated subscriber info from the main database. Annoying to have to do it but seemed to do the trick. Hope that helps!
As of today my AppleTV box seems to think I haven't an AppleTV+ subscription ... so, like other people in this thread, I can only make use of the service I've paid for by the rather clunky / shonky method of beaming it from my iPhone. Odd. I've been reviewing since the New Year whether I should drop the service; this is hardly an incentive to stay.

I’m having a similar, if not identical issue (3/16). Apple TV+ acts as if I am not logged in and I get the error message when I try to check subscriptions. Very annoying.
I have the same problem. Last night, Mar 13,2024, trying to watch Apple TV+ on our LG TV as usual, and the app responded with a message, "network unavailable, there were errors with this connection. wait a moment, then try again. There are button for reload or exit. several attempts fail. I can open app on my Macbook Air just fine.
I have the same problem with my AppleTV device. But deleting the default account and then logging in again did not help for me. Still reports the same when trying to access the subscriptions. I’m able to see the subscriptions from my other devices.
I have resolved the issue! I opened a case with Apple Support, though they were not helpful. After having this issue for a few days, I decided to choose to hit Play on a First Episode of a show that was offered for free, which accepted the trial to start. Upon starting the show, I was prompted to sign in with my AppleID, which I did, and then hit back and my full Apple TV+ loaded successfully. I am no longer prompted for a trial and my watch history is there.
tl;dr - just hit Play on an episode of a show, don’t hit “Accept Free Trial” on the main menu. Then, when prompted, login.

oops...my problem is with the app tv device, not apple tv+ which a streaming service on non apple devices.
