Push Notifications “operation failed”

I have Uniden Solo Pro security cameras which have been working fine for two years. Suddenly the notification’s stopped and I have been trouble shooting with Uniden Tech support without success. All my settings are correct to receive notifications but in the app when I press the notifications button I get “operation failed”

Any ideas? Should I delete the app and start over?
