subscribtion not loading on apple tv 4k ethernet: apple+ says: already subscribed go to settings-subscriptions - which says: subscriptions can't be loaded try again later (been more than 2 days nothing happens)

I’m having the same problem. Just paid $138 for the tennis channel plus and it won’t play. It says I need to subscribe and when I choose to subscribe a pop up says I’m already subscribed and puts me in an endless loop. I tried to access my subscriptions and it says it can’t be loaded.
I have another appletv that worked with the tennis channel plus. Went back to the other atv and logged in with the tcp and all’s good. Weird since I thought I subscribe through Apple didn’t use my old tc creds when I subscribed.
The past couple days I have been having the same problem too!! There's a subscription I need to cancel before it news but I can't get to it for love or money, I tried both of our Apple TV devices. @Apple Please help!!
