Standby color changing method stuck

I've got the same problem. I had the problem with the Beta version, but wiped the phone and installed the release version of 17.4 when it came out. It allowed me to change the clock colors once, but no more. I can access the change option with a long press on the photos screen and the other clock screen (the one that appears if you swipe right from photos). I cannot do anything with the screen that offers a variety of clocks.

I have the same problem. All modes change offering various options by holding down for a long time except the one with the clock after it first worked now no longer goes into edit mode to change the color. How can it be solved?
