Watch payments not working after 10.4 update
I updated my watch to 10.4 yesterday as well as my phone to iOS 17.4. I now find when I go to pay for something after double clicking the side button instead of my card displaying on the watch I get the message “Confirm with assistive touch is enabled. To confirm payment, open the action menu and use assistive touch gesture to confirm. You can turn this off at any time in Accessibility settings”.
I press the GO TO SETTINGS link and there is a toggle switch for Assistive Touch. I slide this to ON but nothing changes, I still get the same message when trying to make a payment.
i have turned both blue tooth and WiFi on and off and have powered off and on my iPhone 15 and watch series 6.
can anyone suggest what I should try next?
