Purchasing apps

OK so I can’t purchase no apps rn idk why but it’s just telling me to update the billing information but everytime I do that it still says the exact same thing. And I’m also in a family it’s on Apple but it’s saying the problem is on the organizer side I’m the organizer btw please help
