Hello. Today I updated my IPhone 15 pro to the latest version, but when I went to podcasts, it turned out that the transcript was not available. Podcast transcripts are not available on iOS 17.4 in Russia?

Yes, the Transcripts feature is not available in Russia. The same applies to Belarus. See Support – Availability of Apple Podcasts features.

P.S.: Also unavailable for China mainland, but it's highly likely in a different reasons bucket. (Anyway, sorry for this).
