How to restore my esim on my iPhone?

If you erase your eSIM, you'll need to contact your carrier to get a new one. Then set up your new eSIM.

It has been posted by a well-respected community member that Verizon provides self-service eSIM re-provisioning tools in their online account management. (My own carrier has the same)

It might be worth trying if your online management account is already setup.

Otherwise, a call to Verizon is likely your most expedient method to restoration.
