I accidentally renew my subscription, I requested a refund to it.

In my experience it has been 3-7 days after the refund has been approved. Did you get an approval?
After the approval, then it is up to your bank of the card used to credit the amount to your account. That is where the time will vary as each bank may take a different amount of time to post the credit.
If approved, normally within 30 days. Nobody on these boards can provide a more-specific answer than the one in the Related Article above.

It could possibly be reflected before 30 days? 30 days including weekends and holidays?
Yes it was approved yesterday. Are weekends and holidays included to the waiting time?
Since it is dependent on the bank to process the refund, I would only count business days. It is very likely you will have it by Friday, but as I said, this all depends on the bank.
