The problem was that the iPhone was enrolled in Intune, and that function was blocked. thank you!

Maybe try the following steps:
3. Close an app on your iPhone (close the app you are in trying to take a screenshot, then reopen)

No error , push on button and up volume button and nothing happen, thank you!
