I accidentally deleted a draft I was preparing on my iPhone. How do I recover it?

If it is deleted, then it probably cannot be retrieved. You did not mention how and in which app you were creating the “draft”. Need some details. Do you create backups of your iPhone on iCloud or on a computer?
