Darksky weather widget for Geektool or Übersicht

I had a desktop weather widget on my MacBook Pro that used the now defunct Darksky API. I had it working in Geektool and Übersicht. I would love to get it working again with another of the many API's that I currently have including OpenWeather,etc. I loved the look of it and haven't found anything that I like better. Can anyone help me alter the code to get it working again using a different API? I've tried everything but I'm brand new to coding. Here is what it looked like...
