New Weather App ?

I have an IMac Late 2015, El CApitan. My Weather Channel app on the dashboard no longer works.

Can anyone tell me where to download a new weather app for my dashboard?

El Capitan has a built-in Weather tool, that once you select it in System Preferences : Extensions : Today:

It will be added to the Today panel which you will see when you click the right-most icon on your menu bar to launch the combination Notifications/Today panel. Upon entering your location, it presents the weather as in this example:
