CarPlay stops the radio on Ford Sync 4 system

Hey everyone....Looking for info on how to fix this issue. If I listen to the radio (2022 F150 running Sync 4) and then turn the truck off as soon as I restart the truck the radio plays the same channel as it should, but as soon as CarPlay wirelessly connects the radio shuts off. To listen to the radio again I have to select the radio tab, Choose FM, and then select the channel I was listening too. This can't be the way this is supposed to work because sometime (rarely) the radio does keep playing properly even after CP connects. PLEASE Apple...respond to this concern. Is this Apple's fault or Ford Sync 4?

i think I figured it out for my case at least. I apologize for not coming back and letting folks know. For me it’s Spotify that is messing it up. Every time my issue occurs it’s when Spotify is the app showing on the screen. A song doesn’t even need to be playing when I switch over to the radio. I have tried it when the phone app and the maps and it works as expected. I also tried Apple Music and it worked as expected. So, not sure if it’s Apples fault or Spotify or both. Hope they fix it!
