My 2024 Mini Cooper Countryman radio will stop playing with message external dialogue on screen. This is an issue CarPlay and I do not know how to fix it. If I turn off Wifi and back on it works and a nuisance. Would love help-

This isn’t a new issue, it appears that this fault has been ongoing for years. I have a 2019 countryman and it has the same issue. It mutes the radio or Apple Music during a call then continues to mute the sound system after the call has ended with external dialogue displayed on the speedometer display. I’ve had a number of mini’s all seem to have issues of some description with BMW software…… Come on Apple & BMW, you are very expensive products sort these issues out, justify your cost!!!!
