tapping "Start New Project" to get to "Movie" and start a new project is not responding

To review the steps: Tap on Start New Project to make the menu slide up. Tap on Movie. Then tap on Create Movie at the bottom of the screen. That will open a new project screen.
If that's not happening for you, try rebooting your phone and try again.
