Hello, you have an iPhone, and you are getting update messages for iOS 17.3. But the updates are failing. What to do? Well, unfortunately, iOS 17.3 is no longer current, so you’ll want to skip that update, and update to 17.3.1. How to skip that update? Delete the 17.3 download, if you have it already downloaded. Force restart your iPhone. Then download iOS 17.3.1.

To delete the download: Settings > General > iPhone Storage > find and delete the 17.3 download

Hold that third button press until you see the Apple logo, continuing to hold that third button press past any sliders that might appear.

Delete the iOS 17.3 download, and perform the update again to get 17.3.1.
