Read the reply just above your second time asking the same question. The answer is you CAN'T. If you have an iPhone 5s or an iPhone 6, they lack the hardware required to updates beyond iOS 12.5.7. If you need higher level iOS versions, then it's time to retire your iPhone and buy a newer one.

If you have an iPhone 5s, 6, or 6 Plus – you can't.

There are some later iPhones that came with iOS 12.0 or earlier, and that can be updated past iOS 12. E.g., the iPhone XS originally shipped with iOS 12 and can run iOS 17. But an iPhone 5s, 6, or 6 Plus is never going to be able to run iOS 13 or higher. Never.

It sounds like you have an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.

iOS 12.5.7 was the final update for the iPhone 6.

iOS 13 and iOS 14 are no longer available.

You need an iPhone 7 to run iOS 15

You need an iPhone 8 to run iOS 16

You need an iPhone XR or higher to run iOS 17
