export from garageband to imovie

i have an MacBook Air I made a meditation in garageband that I want to export to iMovie and make it into a video to share on social media

how can I do this -allready used a hour to search - this should NOT be this complicated :D

I want to export it to two places: To an external drive - Within iMovie I went to file, share, file, next, and then saved it to the external drive. sync movies in imovie between computers I have a macbook and imac desktop. I'd like for imovie projects to sync between the computers. How to do this?

importing garageband file/song to iMovie I do not have a 'share to media browser' option on my GarageBand v10.4, and thus I cannot import to iMovie as it doesn't show in audio options under GarageBand in the iMovie import section. A suggestion to what I need, should do would be appreciated. OS Big Sur 11.4 MacBook Pro early 2015 thank you in advance, Kevbar (see attached file screenshot)

Hi,

I don't use GarageBand much, and have an older version. In my version you can't export directly to iMovie. However, I believe that you can open GarageBand, open a project, and from the menu click Share/Export to Disk, and navigate the destination to your desktop. From there, you can drag the project into iMovie.
