[iPhone] Always suggest contractions when the word can be turned into a contraction but not have it auto-replaced

Keyboard predictions on my phone almost never suggest a contraction. I don't mind if there are other suggestions, but what I do want is for the contracted form of a word to always be suggested (not auto-replaced like with "Text Replacement"). For example, "dont" should suggest "don't", "shouldnt" should suggest "shouldn't", "Id" should suggest "I'd", and so on.

This almost never happens. I have tried troubleshooting by:

1. Turning off predictive text and turning it on again (didn't work)
2. Resetting keyboard settings (made it worse)
3. Using "Text Replacement" (I don't want words to auto-replace, only for it to be one of the three suggestions)
4. Restarting the iPhone (didn't work)

I only started noticing this a few months ago after I upgraded phones. Again, other suggestions are fine, but the main point of friction here is pressing the "123" button to switch to symbols, then pressing the apostrophe, then pressing "ABC" to go back. That's the main reason I want the contractions auto-suggested when the word is a contracted word except without the apostrophe.

I also do not want auto-corrections (like with "Text Replacement")
