I’m using the Xbox Wireless Controller – Stormcloud Vapor Special Edition with my Apple TV 4K 128 GB.
While it connects and works very well, every time I turn it off and back on, the Xbox controller doesn’t reconnect. I have to go to Bluetooth settings and ‘Forget Device’ and pair all over again. Am I missing something?
If your Apple TV box is on (and your Xbox is off) then the Xbox controller (1914?) should connect when then turning on the controller (Xbox button). So try it in this order. That is how it works for my “1708”. Even if that didn’t happen automatically, then you should be able to Connect from the Bluetooth settings page with [remembered] paired accessories (no need to forget and pair again).
