My 4 Apple TV is frozen. Light is on constantly but it is stuck on the home page. I have reset it three times using the tv and back arrow on the remote. I unplugged the Apple TV for 30 minutes and restarted. It is stuck on the main screen. I tried repairing the remote but it won’t respond. I tried using the remote on my phone but it won’t restart. Help!

That seems like the remote navigation isn’t functional, but the box is fine.

It is a 3rd generation 4k Apple TV. I don’t think it is a remote issue as I can pair it with another similar Apple TV. Resets didn’t work for the remote or the Apple TV. Now I am unable to even turn the Apple TV on. I think it is fried
