Says my Apple ID had been disabled on Apple Store and iTunes

I have been trying to download WhatsApp and it’s saying that my Apple ID has been disabled from iTunes and the Apple Store

iPhone 14, iOS 17

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. The following Apple article includes a link that you can use to contact Apple Support. Click the “request reactivation” link in: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
