How to resolve Resource Unavailability Issue on Apple Music

I am having the resource unavailable issue with my Apple Music. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app as well as turned off the data for the app and turned it back on. I am a paying member of the Apple Music community and I need an answer expeditiously.

Been having the same issue for about 5ish days as well. Reset my network settings today and it worked fine for an hour, then stopped. SO aggravating. I’d be curious to know if this is only happening to certain iPhone models, as a way to get folks to upgrade their devices. I have a 13 Pro.

So, I've been having this issue and I finally just reached out to support to have them look at it. They fixed it by having me RESET MY NETWORK SETTINGS! Omg I cannot believe that's all it was. Settings-> General -> Transfer or reset iPhone-> Reset-> Reset network settings. This will log you out of all connected networks that you are on but it's definitely the best way to fix this issue.

UPDATE:

I seem to have got it fixed (for now). Resetting the network settings alone didn’t help me, as it seems to have for other users. After 5 days of running into the issue and hours of tech support phone calls with both Apple and my carrier, I called my carrier again and they manually re-connected my phone to the cell tower. THIS seems to have resolved the issue for me. If the carrier blames Apple, ask them to re-connect your phone to the tower anyway. Also, turn off iCloud Private Relay (inconvenient but that seems to be contributing to it). Good luck!

I am experiencing this, too. I got to speaking with a senior support specialist who is completely out of ideas as to how to resolve it. Three days ago he said he passed the issue onto the Engineering team, and was supposed to call me back 3 hours ago with an update. I never got that callback.

Music plays on WiFi but not cellular. However, music videos play on both WiFi and cellular. It’s getting extremely frustrating. I’m on day 4 of having this issue. Apple’s clearly not focusing any attention into getting this resolved anytime soon.
